Fixed Time/Fixed Price
Our fixed time/price model offers customers a cost effective and low-risk option. It can be applied when the scope, schedules and requirements of the project are specifically defined. The cost and timeline of the development is agreed prior to the initiation of the project.
Time and Materials
This model is suitable for companies who need quick access to resources where requirements are not clearly defined. It is usually applied to large projects whose specifications are hanging during the developmental process. In this business model, Vicorsys teams up with required personnel, project managers; equipment and infrastructure based on project requirements, and distinctively offers the flexibility to balance team size and project workloads. Customers pay a weekly/monthly development fee based on the composition and size of the project team.

Business Process
We go through a series of steps to insure that each stage of the project development is according to the customer expectations. A brief review of our development life cycle is as following:
Step 1. Business Analysis: In this stage the customer completes a full questionnaire describing their project needs, requirements and long term vision.
Step 2. Proposal: Based on the customers feedback gathered in step1, we prepare a proposal with cost and time estimates.
Step 3. Strategy building: Each customer is different; we work with the customers to develop their project strategy. This step allows us to map our expertise and skills to the clients needs and present them with the optimal solution.
Step 4. Concept Draft Phase: Concept is the key to the success of any project. Our highly skilled system architects and graphic designers work together to develop a concept (design) for your site.
Step 5. Implementation: Taking the design from previous step, our developers build the system as per your guidelines and recommendations.
Step 6. Quality Control: Each step of our development passes through a quality check. We insure that all features of the solution are functioning.
Step 7. Launch and Stage: Once we make sure that all the functionalities are working as required, we launch the solution and monitor the activity for a mutually accepted time period.
